For more than 35 years IRP Meat & Seafood Co. has been serving the protein needs of the most discerning chefs. We are a family run business with a passionate workforce committed to inspiring others. We work together to ensure a consistently high level of quality products are delivered to our customers.

Our business is centered on three core principles.  First, we strive to procure the finest proteins available today.  Our buyers scour the globe to find proteins that cater to today’s trends…proteins that will serve to set your kitchen apart.  Secondly, we cut these products in-house to your specification.  Our goal is to be your “local butcher”…your personal “fish-monger”.  We want to be your go-to source for your center-of-the plate; whether your needs are routine or exotic.  Thirdly, we aspire to a level of knowledge and service unmatched in our industry.  When you call an IRP representative with a question – you will receive an answer.  We work with our logistics team to ensure that your every product arrives to your door in the most timely and efficient manner.

Our beef lines include USDA Prime, Choice, and Select grades; as well source-verified Black Angus cattle.  We also offer a “first of its kind” local beef program, sourced exclusively from family-owned farms in and around Lancaster County.  Other proteins are also available from local sources, and in many cases are growth hormone and antibiotic free.  We dry-age beef in a separate temperature and humidity controlled room.

Our seafood is sourced directly from boats and fish farms both domestically and abroad.  Our full line-up includes staple finfish as well as exotic offerings.  Shellfish, including a wide range of fresh oysters is stocked and available for next-day delivery.   Indian Ridge is an approved Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) purveyor; meaning that we have a deep commitment to sourcing seafood that is caught in a responsible fashion.
