Atlantic Bluefish are plentiful and move seasonally along entire stretches of the East Coast. This week our large whole Bluefish are coming from small fisheries off the coast of Virginia. Bluefish is gaining popularity in kitchens due to its rich full flavor and attractive price point. Bluefish is versatile and can be grilled, baked, broiled, or smoked. Blue’s high oil content prevents it from drying out during the cooking process.
